PAOLI – Steven Patrick “Patty” Hopper, 28, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, in Mitchell.

Born May 13, 1992, in Bedford, he was the son of Steven Eugene Hopper and Rebecca Lynn (Pugh) Smith.

Steven was a tree trimmer and a member of the Mitchell Wesleyan Church.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children.

Rebecca Smith of Paoli
half-sister,
Abby (Keegan) Gillespie of Orleans

His father; maternal grandparents, Priscilla and Marian Pugh; and paternal grandparents, Mildred and Fredrick Hopper, preceded him in death.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 30, at Lawrenceport Cemetery with Nathan King and Evangelist Jason Riggle officiating.  A celebration of life will follow at the Mitchell Wesleyan Church.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the service on Friday at the cemetery.
