HURON – Ted Terrell, 72, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021, at his residence, surrounded by his family.

Born March 22, 1949, in Huron, he was the son of Donald and Louise (Etchison) Terrell.  He married Connie Sue Pemberton July 16, 1988.

Ted retired from the Indiana State Highway Department.  Following retirement, he managed Dorsett Tree Farms.  Ted was a family man and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.

His parents; son, Kevin Eugene Terrell; sister, Marlene Beavers; and two great-grandchildren, preceded him in death.

Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Dwight Dunbar officiating. Burial will be in Huron Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 14.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
