MITCHELL — Thomas E. Asbury, 55, Mitchell, passed away at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, December 3, 2009, at Kindred Indianapolis South Hospital in Greenwood.
Born April 24, 1954, in Bedford, he was the son of Edward Lee and Gladys Marie (Adams) Asbury.
He had been employed at Shelby Trucking and was a member of ABATE. Tom was a veteran of the Indiana National Guard.

His parents preceded him in death.
Celebration of Life service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 12, at 550 Stevens Lane.
Friends may call from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Monday at Chastain Funeral Home.
