MITCHELL – Whitney Dawn Smith, 52, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born July 27, 1969, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Byron and Sharon (Sanders) Tow.  She married Randy Allen Smith at Fishing Creek Chapel on August 5, 2000.

Whitney was a fraud specialist at Hoosier Hills Credit Union in Bedford.  She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1987.  Whitney was kind and her smile would light up a room.  She enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband.

Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, September 13, at Talbott Cemetery with Pastor Kyle Stewart officiating.
