BEDFORDBarbara J. Belcher, 84, Bedford, passed away at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at Dunn Memorial Hospital.
Born July 27, 1925, in Greene County, she was the daughter of Guy and Hazel (Bidwell) Baughman. She married Elmer Roscoe Belcher September 23, 1941.
She was a homemaker and a member of Tulip Street Christian Church.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 30, in the Memorial Chapel with Rev. Steve Hight officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until the service on Friday at the funeral home.
