ORLEANS – Emma R. Clem, 83, passed away at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, December 11, 2014, at her residence.

Born June 6, 1931, in  Kentucky, she was the daughter of Otis and Audrey (Terrell) Dean.  She married Charles Stroud March 15, 1947, and he preceded her in death in 1990.  Her second marriage was to Fred Clem February 13, 1998.

She retired from the Indiana Handle Company in Paoli with 25 years of service.  Emma was a member of the Mitchell Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

                                 5 grandchildren

Her parents; husband, Charles Stroud; and brother, Garth Dean, preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 2:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 16, at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.  Cremation will follow.

A Celebration of Life service will be at a later date at the Mitchell Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
