I am so sorry to hear that Mr. Mundy has passed away. I got to know him when I wrote several articles about him over the years for our local Vinton newspaper, about his service to our country in World War II and his work for Howell and Grumman. He was always such a kind and caring person. I felt blessed to know him.

Uncle Winnie was larger than life for me! I will always remember his big hands, strong hugs, and huge smile! I had asked over the years about him as it had been so very long since I saw him. I was happy to hear he was always enjoying life. I have no doubts he did until his passing. And what a long amazing life he had the fortune of living! My condolences to all of you in Indiana! He was very loved and so are you!
