ORLEANS James Leslie Jones, 58, passed away at 1:00 a.m. Monday, September 3, 2012, at his residence.
Born February 11, 1954, in Lawrence County, he was the son of John Paul and Edith M. (Patton) Jones. He married Shirley Ann Baxter January 2, 1973.
He retired from Midland Cut Stone in Bloomington and was a member of Grace Tabernacle.
James was a veteran of the Indiana National Guard.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 7, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Rev. Daniel Jones officiating. Burial will be in Clark Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until the service on Friday at the funeral home.
